Os passeio de ciclismo decorrem maioritariamente no interior Algarvio. Percorrendo estradas com pouco movimento e em muito boas condições, longe da costa Algarvia, onde as estradas são muito movimentadas. São passeios com alguma exigência física devido ao desnível e as distancias percorridas. Estes passeios dão a conhecer aldeias do interior Algarvio, e paisagens fantásticas, também nos da a conhecer um pouco da gastronomia e das tradições do Algarve mais profundo.
